Is public shaming the only way was can deter youth from obtaining alcohol?  Should the store owners also be held accountable?  By placing a sign that details the crime would this be too much for our dignity or is it the only way we can better enforce the rules?

Has it come down to bribery?  Motivation? or Incentive?  Whichever label we use is giving our kids twenty five dollars a week in order to attend their school, do their homework and behave in class the answer?  A school in the states has started to do so with some successful results.  Is this something that we should consider or is education in and of itself reward enough as it is?

The conservative government is planning to require internet companies or telelcommunications to hand over information without a court order if need be in orderto keep a better watch on who is not abiding by the law.  Is this too much of an invasion of our privacy or is it the way to go?

Some say he’s a hero others condem Tommy Jordan who unloaded roughly ten rounds into his daughter’s laptop over her post about her parents on Facebook.  The Talk Show recieved mixed reactions today from people who praised him and believe that parents coddle their children nowaday to those who feel he Tommy went too far.

Sue closely examined the topic of spanking today.  The canadian medical association journal suggests that spanking, yelling or shaking your child will make them more aggressive towards others and that we should end section 43 of the criminal code that involves spanking.  Many listeners disagreed and while a few others agreed.

Whether or not our kids are eating healthy is always a great topic and Sue dove into the vat of hot opinions and scooped out a healthy helping of issues.  Are kids bothering to make the effort to eat healthy or are they just going after whatever junk food they want?  Wold they be more inclined to eat healthier if the decision was left up to them?

Today Sue touched on a senstive issue that sparked a flood of opinions from you, our listeners.  A conservative senator in ottawa suggested the death penalty be considered in certain cases were there is no chance for rehab and leaving a rope in the cells of murder convicts.  Would capital punishment save us money or is it out of the question to even consider?
